Survey on the Service Satisfaction Level Provided by The Bureau of Finance

The Bureau of Finance is one of the supporting units for the teaching and learning process at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The main responsibility of the Bureau of Finance is to manage the university financial administration, starting from recording the revenues, providing data on the preparation of RAPB, budget control, budget disbursement, taxation, up to checking the accountability of financial reports (LPJ) for the budget uses. Among the implementation of these responsibilities are in the form of services to stakeholders, namely students, lecturers-staff, and faculties/study programs/units.

 

As a service provider unit, aside from achieving the key performance indicators (KPI), the performance quality of the Bureau of Finance also needs to be measured based on stakeholder assessments.
