The Committee of the 65th UMS anniversary in 2023 holds sports and arts competitions, including archery. The archery competition was held on the football field east of Masjid of Sudalmiyah Rais on Friday 13 October 2023. The archery competition was opened by the Rector together with Vice Rectors (I, III, IV, V). At this opening event, the Rector and Vice Rectors shot arrows together at the target board.
The archery competition is individual, and completed in one day. Three staff from the Bureau of Financial Administration Bureau participated in this competition, namely Mr. Noto Narwanto, Mr. Narto, and Mr. Haryanto. The winner of the competition was determined based on the highest score obtained from how close the arrow was to the center target. Each participant was given 3 minutes to shoot 6 arrows. Alhamdulillah, the highest score and had the right to hold the first medal was one of the staff of the Bureau of Financial Administration, i.e. Mr. Noto Narwanto, who in his daily activities serves as the Head of Budget and Student Financial Administration.
