After going through a series of work meeting activities at the Bureau of Financial Administration (BAK), and desk review by the Reviewer Team coordinated by the Bureau of Plan and Development, finally the Academic Supporting Unit Development Plan (RPUPA) of BAK for the Year Implementation Plan (RIT) 2023-2024 was passed on 22 November 2023. The RIT 2023-2024 of BAK is basically a short-term (annual) work program in order to realize the vision of the unit, which is in line with the vision of the university. The vision of BAK is to become an accountable and Islamic financial administration management institution, which is expected to be well established by 2029.
Broadly speaking, the efforts to achieve the vision of BAK are compiled in the form of a Long-Term Development Plan (RPJP) up to 2029, the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM) per 4 years, and the Short Term Development Plan per 1 year or RIT, and follow the following schemes:

The implementation of RPUPA-BAK RIT 2023-2024 will be monitored twice by the internal Auditors, in the middle of the year and at the end of the year.
