As part of transparent and accountable financial governance, at the end of the fiscal year, the budget book is closed. Starting from the 2021/2022 Fiscal Year, the fiscal year period follows the provisions of the Higher Education Council of PP Muhammadiyah, namely September 1, 2021 until August 31, 2022. Adapting to the new fiscal year period, closing the budget book for Fiscal Year 2021/2022 will be carried out on August 31, 2022. At the time of closing, all disbursed budgets must be reported.
In order for the operational activities of the faculties/study programs/units to continue during the closing of the budget book, the mechanism for disbursing the budget and financial reports (LPJ) before closing the book is regulated as follows:
- The disbursement of the budget in August 2022 will only be carried out 2 times, i.e. on 7 and 17 August 2022. It is requested that the time for submitting the non-RPUPPS-RPUPA budget in August 2022 to adjust, no later than 16 August 2022,
- The submission of the operational budget of the faculties/study programs/units for September 2022 is submitted in August 2022, and will be disbursed directly on September 1, 2022. Thus, specifically for September 2022 the budget disbursement is carried out 4 times, i.e. on 1, 7, 17, and 27 September 2022,
- For the RPUPPS-RPUPA 2021/2022 activities that are not implemented, if the related activity budgets have been disbursed, the budgets must be returned when submitting the financial reports (LPJ),
- The completion of financial reports (LPJ) for the fiscal year of 2021/2022 becomes the condition for disbursing the 2022/2023 RPUPPS-RPUPA budgets.
