Once Again, the Procedure of Payment with Virtual Account

The Bureau of Financial Administration of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) in collaboration with partner banks is always trying to improve financial administration services to students. Currently, UMS has a Host to Host partnership with three partner banks, namely: Bank Jateng Syariah, Bank Syariah Bukopin, and Bank Syariah Mandiri. This means that if students make payments through bank tellers, the payments can only be made at the tellers of the three partner banks. To avoid payment queues at bank tellers, it is highly recommended that students make payments with a Virtual Account (VA), either through an ATM machine or e-Banking.

 

 

 

Here are some payment terms with VA:

  • Before paying, make sure your bill is on the billing list (please, check at STAR http://star.ums.ac.id),
  • If there is no bill, do not transfer,
  • If there are multiple bills, payments must be made in order from the top, it cannot be done once for the total amount of invoices.

 

Payment procedure with VA for the destination of BANK JATENG SYARIAH via ATM machine

Using ATM card of Bank Jateng

  1. MENU TRANSFER > SAME BANK > ACCOUNT = 44 002 XXXXXXXX10 (without space), where XXXXXXXX10 is registration number (8 digits) in the Certificate plus “10” (2 digits) or if it is 9 digits plus 0, total of 15 digits.
  2. Enter the nominal according to the bill amount.

 

Using ATM card other than Bank Jateng

  1. MENU TRANSFER > INTER BANK > ACCOUNT = 113 44 002 XXXXXXXX10 (without space), where XXXXXXXX10 is registration number (8 digits) in the Certificate plus “10” (2 digits) or if it is 9 digits plus 0, total of 18 digits and 113 is the code of Bank Jateng.
  2. Enter the nominal according to the bill amount.

 

Payment procedure with VA for the destination of BANK JATENG SYARIAH via e-Banking

Using e-Banking other than Bank Jateng

  1. MENU TRANSFER > ANTAR BANK > Choose BANK > ACCOUNT = 44 002 XXXXXXXX10 (without space),
  • Selection of Bank = BANK JATENG
  • 44 is code of Virtual Account of Bank Jateng for education
  • 002 is code of Virtual Account of UMS
  • XXXXXXXX10 = registration number (8 digits) in the Certificate plus “10” (2 digits) or if it is 9 digits plus 0, total 15 digit
  • VA=44 002 XXXXXXXX10 (without space)
    1. Enter the nominal according to the bill amount.
